Setting SMART Goals

When you set SMART goals you need to write down your goals and for each make sure they are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.

Specific – Answer who, what, where, how, when.
Measureable – Add details, measurements and tracking details.
Attainable – What extra resources or knowledge to you need to achieve your goal? How will you make time?
Relevant – Why do you want to reach this goal?
Timely – Put a deadline on your goal and some target dates along the way to achieve different milestones by.

It’s always good to share your goals with someone else so then they can help hold you accountable. It’s amazing how just setting the intention of a new goal somehow starts to shift energy and bring it in line with you. You start to bump into the right people, or accidently stumble upon a new opportunity that you didn’t see before. I love setting new goals each year and reflecting back at just how much we can consciously achieve each year!

You might like to set goals for many areas of your life including –

    PHYSICAL – MENTAL – EMOTIONAL – SPIRITUAL
PERSONAL GOALS – BUSINESS GOALS – EXERCISE GOALS etc.
